This afternoon seemed like a good time to just get out and walk around for a bit. The weather was gorgeous and I needed the break from the usual. Dan joined me for what turned out to be a nice hour and a half or so spent walking around downtown Rochester. Too bad I don’t have something to track the course we followed, it was a little bit of every which way but I think we covered a few miles while we were down there.
While it was definitely a nice chance to get out and get some fresh air and take in some sights I didn’t really walk away with any photos I’m that inspired by, but sometimes it’s worth it just for the trip. Hopefully I’ll get to do the same thing soon and will be in a more photographic mindset, things have been pretty busy lately and there’s a lot on my mind so a walk around the city is a nice change of scene. I didn’t really do anything with my camera until we had already been walking around for probably 40 or 50 minutes, at which point I essentially told myself to take some photos.
