Time to get started with the report from this weekend!
The big news that seems to have spread like wildfire is the photos my friend Bruce took with the 1D Mark IV to test its image quality at a range of ISOs. Unfortunately nobody here thought to test the D3s so a juicy comparison isn’t in the cards. If I had known he was going to do that while I was at the show I might have tried to sneak a few from the D3s.
Two samples of the max ISO (102400) are shown below but to see the full size photos from every ISO test shot Bruce took, just follow through to this set on his flickr. His photos were also linked to on canonrumors.com along with some other high ISO samples here.
No comments from me on the image quality, feel free to judge for yourself.
