Unfortunately I managed to miss opportunities to do much shooting when there was more color, although even that is a relative term since trees around here don’t seem to coordinate their color changing. Since neither of us had done much shooting lately we got together at Sips Coffee (neat little place) and then went off to the park. It was a cool day but nice and we saw a number of other people enjoying the park as well, walking the various trails throughout it. I’ve always thought it was interesting how people living in the southern end of Rochester (like I do) so often seem to forget about this park but it’s a nice one to visit.
We took advantage of some of the still vibrantly colored plants and leaves and did some shooting before the sun started to fade on us. Check out the rest of the photos in the gallery below!
Aside from this and the next post from American Laundry, I’m not sure what else will be going on right now. After a number of issues I had to abandon a shoot that would have taken place yesterday. I’ve got a few other people to talk with but there might be a number of shoots in the upcoming weeks (mostly taking place on weekends). The fading daylight will certainly take its toll on timing flexibility as it always has but that will just mean there will have to be other options and possibilities to explore.
