No, not turkey, stuffing and gallons of gravy. I figured I’d post a few odds and ends that I never did get around to sharing earlier in the month. This is all just fun stuff that I have lumped in to one gallery.
To start, I included a few photos from Dan & Amanda’s wedding at The Old Toad which all seem to feature my friend Daron, the wedding officiant. This was the first wedding he’d done and the first one ever at The Old Toad (my favorite Rochester bar) and I’m not sure who among us was the most excited, but I am fairly certain it might have been the staff of The Old Toad that was the most giddy.
No wedding would be complete without the tux t-shirt!
The fourth photo in the gallery below is from Sykes. This is a service area for one of the freight elevators that I saw on my first trip to Sykes but didn’t get to shoot. I wasn’t feeling great during this trip but I made it through it and came home with a staggering 11 photos, a few of which were actually not variations of the a scene thing trying to get the right combination of composition & lighting. This is the only photo from those 11 that I thought was worth keeping & sharing. Being sick does not make wandering up and down a 6 story building and taking photos any easier. Of course, this doesn’t mean that I don’t think I could do this shot better, but it’s all I’ve got for the time being!

Oi! It wasn’t just Daron’s first wedding, or the Toad’s first wedding it was Daniel and my first ( and ONLY ) wedding!
They look great though!!
I know! But for some reason when I tried saying that it still seemed ominous, so at least now it’s you that said it and not me!
