Having just gotten back from vacation I’m still catching up with everything and fending an overly affectionate cat off of me every time I try to type anything.
I’ve got a few things to work on including photos from a factory I visited in Pennsylvania and some discussion of my recent bookmaking experience (which isn’t over yet). Also left is the final conclusion to the long and frustrating search for the right gear bag… I’m happy to report that it was a successful search although not without its obstacles.
Additionally, everything seems to be running smoothly on the site. After the upgrade to MySQL 5 and WordPress 2.9 I had some work to do to fix a few minor issues but those seem to be settled. A few people mentioned bugs early on but I haven’t seen or heard of anything in a while so I suppose that means things are working. If nothing else, the problems are probably buried in posts from two years back or something now.
Overall the upgrades should hopefully have the site running faster than ever… or at least faster than it had been prior.
